Cozy Mountain vibes @ Dobie condos, - location location location!

Fresh air, cooler temps and Mountain View’s is like food for the soul. Our Dobie condo is situated just steps from the Wintergreen Mountain Inn, Dobie’s beginner ski lift and “The Treehouse kids center and playground”

Dobie condos- 2 bedroom 2 bath w/ queen sofa bed. Our condo has a personal ski locker and a dedicated parking spot just steps from the condo entrance.
Newly and thoughtfully renovated top to bottom with fresh finishes throughout.
Both bedrooms have brand new furniture and large closet with plenty of hangers provided.
Laundry basket, lint rollers and iron and ironing board as well.
Our condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a *Queen sofa bed in the sectional. You’ll find 2 full bathrooms, a shower in the Primary King bedroom and a shower/soaking tub and shower in the guest bath. Queen guest bedroom makes for a great stay for couples or children- Big smart tv’s in both bedrooms & family room- 3 TVs total.
Dobie is our personal condominium when we visit Wintergreen and it is cleaned thoroughly as we would our own home.
Plenty of extra linens, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels etc. and essential paper products including paper towels, hand soap, dish soap restocked prior to every check in. We have a multi use Keurig so you can brew a big pot of coffee or bring your favorite single use K-cup flavor. Whether you’re meeting up with friends or spending time with family- take a break from the hustle and bustle atop this magical mountain resort.

*While we are homeowners in Wintergreen we are no way affiliated with Wintergreen Inn Resort- you as our guests staying in our Wintergreen home have access to the Chestnut Springs outdoor pool & Pavilion open seasonally & Lake Monocan and several other activities that Wintergreen offers. *We are Not club members and Do Not have access to the indoor pool or fitness center* so please don’t book if you need access to those…
Our Dobie condo is just a short walk to many lovely hiking trails or a short drive to local state parks, several wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants & antique stores. Take a short drive less than a mile up the mountain to Blue Ridge Dr. and check out the new Eatery already getting rave reviews “Fire & Frost”! Wintergreen has many lovely hiking trails or check out Historic “Monticello” the Estate of Thomas Jefferson has reopened with enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place- they offer a beautiful garden and tours of the estate & are family friendly-located in nearby Charlottesville check seasonal hours.

Shenandoah National Park is just a short drive and
Devils Backbone restaurant and brewery, Blue Toad Hard Cider Brewery & Bold Rock Cidery are a few of the local faves & just 15 min drive from the condo.

Seasonally…Go cherry picking @ Spring Valley Orchards. Check out Blue Ridge Fruit Loop- we love Strawberry picking nearby as well.

Perhaps you just want to stay in and enjoy the scenery-
Stream your favorite Netflix or Hulu show or just get comfortable for Apres-ski on the patio overlooking the blue Ridge Mountains.
Wintergreen Resort does offer activities for a fee so visit their website for what’s happening real time.
Wintergreen restaurants are walking distance from our Dobie condo “The Edge” and Coppermine both offer dine-in and takeout & Upper Crust Pizza- for takeout and a full service Exxon gas station & convenience market on property for all sorts of fresh deli food items and essentials. Less than a mile up the mountain is Fire and Frost, a local favorite pizza spot.

*Seasonally-Wintergreen’s Stoney Creek 18 hole Golf course and Tennis court is open to us as well. Wintergreen’s Lake Monocan is open to guests Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday *not Monday, Tuesday or Saturday* you can purchase a day pass for a fee.
