This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, And regardless of what you smoke? No Smoking or incense burning inside please. There is a comfortable outside deck with a table, ashtray, lights, and outside stereo. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, a jacuzzi bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, DVD Player, cable, WI-FI internet access, leather reclining couch, and leather reclining chair, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, 2 pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious place in North Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

My sister and I had a wonderful time in Charleston and this Vrbo. My sister follows a special diet and we had everything we needed to prepare healthy meals. Shopping was close by with the Tangier Outlets, Walmart and Sam's Club. Many restaurants were also close by we enjoyed mellow Pizza and the Grits Counter. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. A plus were the washer and dryer, cute decorations and snacks esp the chocolate. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful.

This was my second stay at this relaxing well-appointed studio, and it was as wonderful as the first. The suite is spacious, and everything you need is there…even a hand mirror in the shower and lighted makeup mirror on the shelf. This is my home away from home when I have to work in Charleston!

Grows on you

We enjoyed our stay! Mr. Tony is a wonderful host. If your a coffee lover it has a keurig coffee maker and is stocked with everything you need to make coffee including flavored creamers and sweeteners. As other reviews stated Mr. Tony also includes some snacks such as crackers and chips. The studio itself appears just as the photos but the outside of the building appeared more aged in real life. We stayed 3 nights and felt ourselves enjoying the place more each day. As other reviewers have mentioned the surrounding neighborhood is not the most prestigious however the studio is very close to the interstate and is appropriately priced. As I mentioned the interior of the studio appears just like the pictures if not nicer and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This booking is phenomenal! As other reviews state, we had never stayed somewhere so thoughtful of guests. It has everything you'd want in a guest property along with other treats that really go above and beyond! Tony is a fabulous host. He worked with me to modify my stay and was an absolute pleasure, prompt and friendly. When I was confused by an appliance he got back to me right away to assist. We were surprised by the exterior of the room. Charleston is not friendly on building exteriors and it was clear the exterior of the building needed to be cleaned. But the deck was the highlight of our trip and the inside is, as stated above, an absolute chef's kiss. This site is about a 20 minute drive from downtown and Ubers are not cheap in the area, so if you plan on dining/drinking in Charleston, might not be the best location for you.

I stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Everything you need is there! The music on the porch was a great bonus and very welcoming as I arrived. There was a starter set of coffee, creamer, drinks, snacks, and wine! Tony was incredibly responsive! The decor is absolutely stunning! Although we hardly spent any time here it was perfect for what we needed. It was super easy to get to Charleston. The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom, but Tony was very quick to respond. Between The Masters, Sailing Regatta, and Spring Break most places were super expensive. This was affordable and a great place to sleep at night. Thanks!

Excellent 2nd floor large apartment with outside deck. King sleigh bed, large, fully-equipped kitchen, big flat-screen TV with extensive channel selection, great sound system and hundreds of movie DVDs. Wonderful jacuzzi shower-tub for two in private bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. Generous wine, cheese & chips, chocolates, etc. gifted by Owner. Dedicated parking spot on grass next to deck steps. Convenient access to Interstate 526 to get downtown or pop over to the islands. All in all, every comfort and a tremendous value!!

Wonderful and Perfect

This room is a perfect little room to stay in while exploring the are. Conveniently close to the highway (15 mins from charleston) and just a perfect and great host! Will for sure come back sometime!
