This is an amazing villa! If you need 3 BR 3 B this is the place to be! Extremely nice decor, plenty of room, comfy beds, very quiet villa. Kitchen has everything you need! Only 10 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location on the island too! I’m picky about where I stay and this place hits all the marks. You will not be disappointed. I would love to come back to this exact spot. Hated to leave!!!

We didn't want to leave!

All four of us on our annual girls trip decided this was the best property we have stayed at yet. Cozy, yet spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the little sitting area that looked out at the pond. We were graced with the presence of an Osprey who visited the same branch in the same tree several times day during our entire stay. We named him Oscar. Definitely on our repeat list!

Clean and convenient property. Unfortunately the weather was unusually cold with snow and ice so we couldn't really enjoy the oceanfront even for a walk. But a nice cozy stay with a pretty view.

The condo was perfect...beautifully decorated, immaculate, well stocked with starter kitchen, laundry, and bath supplies, and fully stocked with quality kitchen cookware, dishes, glassware and tools. Communications were excellent. We will be back!

Pics don’t do it justice

Over The Moon more than delivered on its description. The high-end finishes were spectacular. I particularly loved the lighted magnifying mirror medicine cabinets in the bathroom. The location was terrific. We even saw alligators in the neighborhood. Steven and Sarah were wonderful to deal with and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend a stay at Over The Moon. In fact, I can’t wait to come back.

Wedding Stay

We were in town for a wedding at the Sanctuary and this was a short walk or drive away in a beautiful neighborhood not far from the beach or Turtle Point Golf course. Perfect for 3 Couples.

Golf Trip:

Loved the King Beds. Loved the Location. Adequate room for 4 Adults that stayed in the Unit. Loved the fact there was 3 Restrooms. Very Convenient. Refrigerator did not make ice. Individual came out immediately & cold not fix however supplied us with two bags of ice. My wife wanted to share that the house cleaners that clean the unit need to check above headboards in bedrooms. Dust had accumulated. She is a neat freak since she has allergies. Overall great place & would book again.

Wonderful and relaxing time at this villa. Walking distance to the sanctuary and 15 min walk to beach. Super quiet and perfect for tired parents weekend away from the kiddos! Highly recommend The Ryder Cup Bar at sunset!

"Over the Moon" but....

The layout and furnishings of the property are very satisfactory. It was very disappointing that despite our phone call on the first evening, we were not able to use the oven during the entire stay. Spare bath towels and bar soap would have been welcome.
