'The house had everything we wanted and the owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was very well furnished and the bathrooms and toilet brandnew. The backgarden was very nice to relax and from there you can reach the parking, suitable for two cars. It takes less than ten minutes by car to Sancerre and the Carrefour supermarket. And the landscape: wonderful!'

'Très jolie maison située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. La maison est de plain pied, de style rustique, très fonctionnelle. Grand jardin ensoleillé toute la journée, grande terrasse, et grande piscine à profondeur variable avec des marches, très agréable avec le très beau temps que nous avons eu. De nombreuses jolies balades sont possibles à pied depuis la maison, en particulier au bord de la Loire. Et on est à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du circuit automobile de Magny cours....

Chauffage a poêle à bois très appréciable. Idéal pour "se mettre au vert" le cadre autour de la maison est très calme. Très arrangeant, je recommande vivement le propriétaire.'
