The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par'

'The suite was well appointed. Renovations are modern and very nice. Sky bar and pub were fantastic. Be ready to valet for almost $30 before tip. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Starbucks is understaffed in the morning. '

'Spiksplinternieuw hotel. Zelfs in de wandelgangen rook het nog nieuw. Mooie grote kamer. Badkamer met inloopdouche. Lokatie is prima. Restaurantjes en centrum is op loopafstand. Inchecken ging vlot. Ontbijt is $8 per persoon. Heerlijk ontbijt, met roerei, worstjes of bacon, pancakes, vers fruit. Geen vleeswaren, wel pindakaas en jam. Reden dat er geen 5 sterren gegeven wordt is omdat de housekeeping niet goed geregeld is. We waren er 5 nachten, slechts 1x is housekeeping langs geweest. Je...

'Nice place'

'Room was dirty. Switched rooms. Second room was DIRTIER. Stains on sheets. Ac broken. Floor boards falling apart. Hole in the wall. Went down to request checkout because I paid $120 a nigh to stay there. I expect a clean room. 1 dirt room, whatever. 2 dirty rooms, that’s insane. And the GM told me she never goes up to the rooms to check them and then proceeded to say she’s going to send a housekeeper up there to check it out. I’m sorry, but that’s horrible management.'

'Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen, we hadden er 4 overnachtingen. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. Maar het bed werd niet opgemaakt. Terwijl ze het wel beloofd hadden om het te doen.'

'Overall a good stay, although the beds en rooms were noisy. Could hear the people in the room above walking around like the were situated in our room. Location close to main attractions. Breakfast had only a few options but was enough for us. '

'Dit hotel had nette kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. De check-in verliep erg moeizaam. Ondanks dat we na check-in tijd aankwamen moesten we een half uur wachten op onze kamer wachten. De kamer was nog niet schoon. Vele andere gasten overkwam hetzelfde. Voor ons niet echt een prettige ervaring. Ontbijt niet inclusief.'
