Villa Phaedra is a seafront beutiful villa located in the tranquil area of Tersanas- Akrotiri, near the cosmopolitan town of Chania.

It has 7 bedrooms accommodating up to 14 people and and has a range of facilities to ensure its guests a luxurious stay. The interior is built on three floors. On the ground level is the main living area, the kitchen and two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds that can also form a double according to the guests’ preference.

On the first floor you`ll finda another double bedroom with its own bathroom.

The pool level floor consists of a second kitchen with a dining area and two double bedrooms. A separate entrance on this level leads to another two bedrooms (a double and a twin which can convert to a double) that are separated by a door and share a bathroom. This room is ideal for parents with children.
Villa Phaidra has a 45sqm private pool, a beautiful garden with lawn, flowers and herbs and furnished terraces, all with stunning views of the sea that lies benieth. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area, as well as a comfortable sitting area ideal to watch a few amazing sunsets with your loved ones and refill your batteries before leaving the island.
