Sonja 3 superior apartment is a newly constructed, modern beachfront apartment spanning 70 m².

It is situated in Kalamaki, Chania, offering a prime location right in front of the sea, amid numerous beautiful and fully equipped sandy beaches and a variety of tourist amenities. This property is an ideal choice for discerning travelers. The area boasts an array of fish taverns, restaurants, and beach bars, all set within the splendid natural environment of peninsulas and crystal-clear waters, with a lovely atmosphere day and night.



The apartment features a tastefully decorated living room with comfortable sofas. There is a dining table, and the living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen. The living room opens to a spacious balcony with patio furniture, offering unobstructed views of the stunning sea.



There are three modern, cozy, and comfortable bedrooms, each beautifully decorated, and three common, fully equipped modern bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third has twin beds.

Excellent Spot on the Beach

The place was lovely and the location, with a small beach just across the street, was excellent! The hosts were incredible. Very responsive and accommodating. When we noticed a malfunctioning ac unit, the owners had it fixed within an hour of us contacting them. And when we requested a late check out, they graciously agreed so we had extra time in town. Highly recommended!

Our overall rating of 4 is adequate. As many others mentioned, the road between the house and the beach is very busy and noisy. When you face the house, the grass on the left side of the house has not been cut for quite a while and it is not possible to have long chairs on this grass. So the pictures on the VRBO website should be modified. Although the house is very clean and well located, the word LUXURY Is not adequate. There seems to be a trend of misused of the word luxury in many apartments to rent. The owners were very helpful in responding to our requests.

This property was a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath. It has restaraunts and shops near by but is not it the heart of Old Town Chania. However only a short drive to it. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Great location

loved the flat and location was great for beach and restaurants. I am gluten free so finding places to eat is always a challenge however there was three very good places within 5 mins walk, so really great. 20 minutes bus drive to Chania town

Very good. Great location

Really lovely apartment although not a huge indoor living space was adequate for us as a family of four…mainly as we were on the balcony most of the time we were in the apartment soaking up the gorgeous view of the bay across the road. The main road directly in front of the apartment is a little noisy but we got used to it and just loved being across the road from the beach. Would benefit from sheets that actually fitted the super king size main bed, a better fitted kitchen bin and more cutlery but we still had a great stay here.

Perfect location with short walk to the beach and restaurants!

We loved this condo! Plenty of room for us, modern , very clean, great view of the shoreline. Convenient parking area. The location was also convenient to drive to nearby areas of interest like the port, other beaches, central Chania.

Beautiful apartment. Photos are a good representation. It's based on a very busy road but the view and the close proximity to all amenities make up for this. Would be nice to have some local information in the property such as taxis, buses, etc.

A good apartment, very clean and spacious. The best bit is the view onto the beach, we didn’t use the pool but it looked ok. It’s not very private but that’s what you get for being in the action

Aucune surprise, le proprietaire a ete tres professionnel et reactif dés que nous avons posé une question : c'est rassurant ! Tout etait tres propre, toutes les installations fonctionnelles. Le seul bemol, c'est la grosse route entre le logement et la mer : tres bruyante et pas tres glamour. Apres, quand on fait abstration de cette route, la vue est superbe, il y a tout a proximité, mais un peu trop loin du centre pour se passer de voiture.

Absolutely wonderful!

The apartment was clean and beautiful, I loved how modern it was. The only thing better than the apartment itself was the location - the view was incredible and there was a great beach, fabulous restaurants, and shopping nearby. Also, having private parking at this location was a huge help. We are already dreaming of returning to this exact spot :). Thank you!
