Service at the wellcome desk and at the restaurant are very good. For sure, The Nanee hotel is a good place if you want to discover the city of Bhaktapur.👍 »

« À mon arrivée, je n'ai pas pu avoir la chambre que j'avais réservé, du coup l'hôtel m'a recasé dans un autre hôtel, avec une chambre tout à fait médiocre et inférieure à ce que j'avais réservé et payé, et que j'ai été obligé d'accepter. Il n'est pas normal que l'hôtel n'ai pas prévenu ni moi ni Expedia, et qu'ils n'aient pas pu me proposer une chambre de même standing. »

« Extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la vieille cité. La chambre (appartement) du second a des fenêtres magiques. La vue du coté intérieur en revanche n'est pas top mais on est à Bhaktapur. A part le café du matin, vraiment un bon choix. »

« Nous avons passe 2 nuits en famille dans cet hotel, et avons enormement apprécie le confort, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. « Nice hotel that is close to Boudha Stupa which has good restaurants and tourist shops. The hotek had a good restaurant for lunch and dinner and drinks but breakfast is buffet but not kept hot. Mostly Asian style breakfast foods. That was the only negative. The room was clean and spacious and lobby is nicely decorated as is the pool and courtyard areas. Quite comfortable. »

« Hot shower 24/7 and heating / air conditioning. Usual in Europe but not that much usual in Nepal outside of 5 stars palaces. The rooms are quite good but the food is simply excellent! Staff is nice and professional. »

« From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable.
