Vind je ideale hotel in Chancellor

'The hotel was nice, but there was a lot construction type work going on. The room numbers were taped on the doors. There was a huge room on the first that had lots of stuff like work supplies that the guests see, which looked really messy. Also, there was a conference room on the first floor that was not in order.'

'Pool was ice cold and small. Hot tub was tough to sit in with how much chlorine was in it. But, the rooms were nice. The breakfast was awesome. Nice and quiet at night being that close to the interstate.'

'Safes didn't work in either room. Staff didn't know how to fix. Heater/AC very noisy so we turned off and opened windows. Bathroom fan is so loud and tied to the light switch. Shower tiny, with a limp little stream, a kids plastic watering can might have the same flow. Pool is not swimmable though kids would like it. Breakfast average hotel fare. Clean, but otherwise just ok. Wouldn't return.'

'Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'My go to spot when I need to get away from whatever. May not be a full service spot but it serve the exact purpose I need it for.'

'The location, price and amenities were solid, and the establishment was well run. Parking was simple and accessible, even on the weekend. The location is walking distance to wonderful park in a historic neighborhood. Must be kewl with choppers landing and taking off at the neighboring hospital, but I did not notice the noise when inside. The room (120) reminded me of the floors in the South Korean homes, and the bathroom was handicap accessible.'
