End-unit town home/condo located in Woodridge at The Villages in Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

SLEEPS 13! 6 Beds + pullout sofa & sleeper chair. New flooring throughout living areas!

BEDS: Master bedroom has a king bed and balcony. The remaining bedrooms have a queen, full and single twin & twin over full bunk bed respectively, along with a pullout sofa is in living room and sleeper chair upstairs.

MOUNTAIN ACCESS: During natural snow conditions the unit is SKI-IN, requiring about a 50 foot walk from the last point of skiing to the door. Shuttle can drop you one stop up to ski down, or at the base of the resort.

Free HIGH SPEED WiFi INTERNET ACCESS

KITCHEN: Fully equipment.

ENTERTAINMENT: The living room has a 40 inch HD TV (with HD service) and NFL REDZONE (all games' coverage) during regular season. All 4 of the bedrooms have HDTV and there are 4 DVD players with assorted videos.

Gas fireplace- fire at just the flip of a switch

Spacious ground level deck just off the dining area with lots of seating and a propane grill.

Condo is a very short stroll to the Woodridge community area (3 min walk!) with in ground pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, and community grilling area.

The two-level unit sits directly across from the shuttle stop #31 (you can stand at the door and see the shuttle pull up!) Shuttle offers round the clock service to hotel and lodge (restaurants, bars, bowling, mini golf, indoor pool, arcade, etc,.)

Lots of activities on site or nearby: 18 hole golf course, ski lifts, shooting range, horseback riding, fishing, wineries, white water rafting, Flight 93 Memorial and more!

Very Spacious Condo

This condo was as advertised and worked well for our girls weekend trip to Seven Springs. There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of space. The common areas were very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had all of the essentials. Having the shuttle stop right outside was very convenient too.

Wine Weekend Perfection

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is bigger than we originally expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, though our friends said the queen bed sagged a bit. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for a ski weekend. We loved everything about the house and if we come back to seven springs, then we will definitely rent again.

Couldve been better

Arrived at the check in time and there was no email or communication with the access code for the door. While I sat there with my 8yr old kid in the car I messaged the owner, called a few times then resorted to contacting VRBO for help. After about 40 minutes i finally got the door code and an apology from the owner. The place seemed like it couldve had a better cleaning. Its a spacious place which is nice. I had to figure out how to light the fireplace on my own as the flip of the switch instructions didnt work. Had to figure out which remotes work with which tvs which was annoying. Close proximity to the resort was nice. In the end I left my brand new hiking boots under the bed. I messaged the owner that i could pick them up from the property any fri sat or sun and offered to pay for them to be shipped to me. I never got a reply back. That in my opinion is just a bad way to address things. It seems like the owner is too busy with his other ventures to run an VRBO.

Great space, central location for Laurel Highlands - summer trip

We made a summer trip for a long weekend with our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath were awesome. The layout was very good and we enjoyed the outdoor, outback deck. The kitchen was decently equipped. Our group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sports courts in our downtime. We toured the area and wanted a comfortable base for our daytime excursions.

Beautiful condo!

Lovely resort, beautiful and comfortable condo! The owner is very nice and helpful - he went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The resort is fun - hot tub, pool, restaurants, etc. Lots to do in the area, too - we went to the Flight 93 memorial, Fallingwater and the Somerset Historical museum. The condo has several sets of steps, which wasn't great for my elderly parents, but that's totally on me. It really is a great getaway spot!

Nice property

Stayed here with family and friends for the Total Archery Challenge. This is a nice first level property with convenient parking and access. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access just down the road to the main lodge area. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Management could have been better

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and stayed here for 10 days. Although the property shows signs of wear, it is spacious as described, there were plenty of rooms for all of us. We had to change the dates of our stay and Alysia and Scott were responsive and accommodating. The heater and the fireplace worked great. However, we soon discovered many inconveniences for a long term stay, especially in terms of the appliances. The freezer was leaking down to the fridge--there were bowls inside the fridge to hold the water, so someone must be aware of it. The kitchen tools and pots were mostly unusable. The dryer's hinge was broken, so the door was falling off--I'm not sure the owner is even aware of this. All of this is to say it caused a lot of uncomfortable moments since we cooked for almost every meal and had to do the laundry. On top of it, I found 2 worn sock pieces under the bed, in the room where the bunk beds are. This really disturbed me. I would recommend this property for those who don't plan to cook a lot or do the laundry.
