Experience All 7 Springs Has to Offer in This Great Townhouse

Located in the quiet neighborhood of Woodridge at The Villages in Seven Springs Mountain Resort our end-unit townhome has been newly renovated. This is the perfect place for large and small families and friends. The kitchen features brand new granite counter tops, while the dining room and family room have new furniture as well. The three bedrooms allow for privacy, with the master bedroom containing a full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The upstairs loft also has a sofa bed and a 50 inch pHDTV flat screen with a Blue Ray DVD. There is wifi throughout the unit and a 75 inch HDTV with cable and DVD player in the family room.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from our spacious Trex deck with seating for 9. The two-level unit sits directly across from the community pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, newlyplayground, and grilling area. Take advantage all that Seven Springs has to offer with round the clock shuttle service to the hotel and lodge (restaurants, bars, bowling, mini golf, indoor pool, arcade), 18 hole golf course, shooting range, or any of the many points of interest around the whole resort.
During the winter ski season our townhouse is ski-in if natural snow on trail. And a short 10-12 minute walk to the downhill trail that takes you to the first lift.

The host was excellent in communicating and the unit was just as presented in the description. Our stay was extremely comfortable/enjoyable except for one thing. We considered the shuttle as a very important amenity when deciding on our rental. This turned out to be a great disappointment. When boarding the shuttle in the morning at 8:00, we inquired on return service. We were assured that the shuttle would run until the slopes closed. At 6:00 pm we began our wait for the shuttle at the designated pickup area. We waited for two long, cold hours before arranging for our own private transportation back to the condo. We were scared, hungry, cold, desperate and very concerned for the members in our party. The number provided for the shuttle and questions relating thereto proved no help. We were promised shuttles in 5 or 10 minutes throughout this ordeal. We understand that the snow caused difficulty with this service, but snow is Seven Springs business! When advertising the shuttle as an amenity, it should be a reality. The shuttle service failed us and left us extremely vulnerable to the elements and scared for our safety.

This house has to be one of our favorites at Seven Springs and we have stayed at several. It’s very clean, convenient to neighborhood amenities, very friendly host, the neighbors seemed nice, and the house is spacious. Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen, nice master shower, fans in every room to help with air flow, great end unit, the gate on the back deck was great for the dog and child, and the beds are comfy. The master bedroom bed was a little firm for our liking, but just a personal preference. The house is definitely family oriented with the open concept to the kitchen, dining room and tv room. We would definitely stay here again!

Seven Springs Townhouse

This is our second time for renting this property. It would have been our third but it was snapped up last year before I could rent it. When you have every age in the family from 10 to 75 in love with this townhouse you know you have a winner. It’s clean, comfortable and feels like home. The pool, hot tub, basketball court and volleyball court are practically across from the townhouse. Parents, pool and hot tub accessible only with a pass and it’s clean. We saw security guards checking twice that rules were observed. The area is family friendly and safe.The host has the kitchen stocked with pots and pans and crockpots along with the usual dishes and cutlery.Prompt communication with the host and accurate information provided for codes,etc.The pictures shown of the townhouse are accurate. We would definitely stay there again and as soon as the date is set for next year’s reunion I will be in touch..

Fantastic Spring Ski Weekend

Had a great weekend in this townhouse at Seven Springs. The owner was very helpful with the check in and check out process. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 6. The location was great on the side of village trail and the shuttle bus was right outside the door. Easy stay and enjoyable trip for all of us. Would do it again.

Last minute ski

We enjoyed our time at the condo very much and would rent again. Appreciated that the condo had things we needed: hand soap, paper towel roll, dish soap, etc and the condo was clean. The heat worked very well, it did take a little strategy to balance the upstairs (can get hot) and downstairs temperatures. The unit sleeps 9, as advertised. Be aware, that means 2 on a pull out full couch and 2 in a double bed. Worked well enough for our smaller kids. We did use the hot tub (down in the hotel) and the shuttle bus (needed to call, check the schedule). The kids loved the long ski days and everyone skied back to the condo at the end of the day, awesome. Host responded immediately with answers to our questions, thank you! We had a great time.

Perfect ski week

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Thrilled with finding such a great place in Seven Springs. It was very clean and just as pictured. Lovely wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. We were lucky enough to have enough natural snow during our first few days to ski right in, which was super convenient. Without natural snow you can still easily get to slopes with either a quick ride, shuttle or walk. Owner was accessible and check in was easy and smooth. Highly recommend this property and would definitely go back.

Lovely Fall Weekend

A fall weekend with the adult kids at 7 Springs. Dog friendly so our doodle could join us. House is perfect for a family, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Kitchen perfect for making meals (we ate in for breakfast and dinner one evening). It’s apparent the home has been loved by its family, and it has a cozy mountain vibe. Highly recommend!
