'The apartment was as advertised. It is a third floor walkup, but it is right next to a metro station and a bus stop. The street is a main one and lively, but the windows do filter out the street noise, and there are many places to eat nearby. The host was available for questions and getting in was a breeze once detailed instructions were sent.'

'This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too.'

'This property is so unique. We stayed for 8 days as a family (husband, wife, son, daughter) so we used both beds and the pullout. The beds were really comfortable, even the pullout. This property had some great 's like its location. We used google maps to find highly rated restaurants which were all within walking distance. We also felt very safe. The building is quiet.There is not any air conditioning but it had good ventilation with the windows and the 2 fans (*see below) available on site. ...

'Wonderful! Looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need. Less than two blocks to Place de Clichy metro station so it's also super convenient! I messaged the owners a few times and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Only thing to note is that the window opens up to a shared courtyard and people can see in. But for the most part it was not an issue at all! Would definitely stay here again! '

'Nous sommes très déçu de cette location. D'abord l'eau était trop chaude et on ne pouvait pas la baisser, Resultat on a pas pu prendre de douche. La porte des WC ne fermait pas, elle était démonté. La porte du placard fermait mal. Pour le coin cuisine correcte. ET pour finir nous avons eu une fuite d'eau juste au dessus du lit, il a fallu prendre une chambre à l'hôtel pour finir notre séjour. Bref, très mauvais souvenir.'

'Studio conforme à nos attentes dans une cour à l'abri du tumulte de la rue. Malheureusement lors de notre séjour la cour était en travaux mais heureusement peu de nuisance puisque nous partions la journée. Plaque de cuisson, lave linge, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, linge de toilette...manque peut être un petit étendage à linge malgré la fonction séche linge de la machine. 'Heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Nicolas was de perfecte host. Dicht bij 2 metrostations en om de hoek staan velib en lime to go fietsen. Appartement heeft airco, is klein maar fijn en ligt op 6e verdieping maar er is een lift. Bed van 160 breed en dat is groot voor in parijs. Matras is wel wat zacht, maar wel hebben prima geslapen. Mini keuken met koelkast. We hebben niet gekookt, maar er wel ontbeten. Aanrader voor als je iets meer vrijheid wil dan in een hotel'
