'The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. '

'The apartment in Milan was very clean and had the basics like towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, but no soap. Check-in was online only, and we had some confusion on arrival since the front desk staff didn’t know which apartment we were in and the host wasn’t responsive right away. We eventually figured it out and got settled. The location is convenient and close to the train station, but be aware you can hear trains throughout the night. 'The apartment was perfect one bedroom on a busy shopping and eating block in Brera. Pretty close to the Lanza metro station and in a very walkable, charming (and touristy) neighborhood. Easy communication with the host.'

'The property is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful in identifying parking, restaurants and sights. We would definitely recommend this property. To be noted: there is no elevator and while this apartment was on the first floor, others may face a climb. '
