« Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website. »

« Super logement les propriétaires sont très sympa et à votre écoute. Propre bien placé avec une place de parking très important sur Bologne. Je le conseille et le reprendrais à mon prochain voyage à Bologne. Great accommodation the owners are very nice and listening to you. Clean well located with a very important parking space in Bologna. I recommend it and would take it back on my next trip to Bologna. »

« Très bonne expérience globale ! Même si l'appartement n'est pas dans le centre, un arrêt de bus n'est pas loin et c'est assez efficace pour peu de ne pas rentrer à une heure trop tardive. L'hôte était très disponible en ligne (via WhatsApp) et a donné d'excellents conseils pour un agréable séjour à Bologne. »

« The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. »

« Wir war für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tag am Strand war sehr schön, weil man nur etwa 5 Minuten gehen muss bis man da ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass es ein Neubau ist. Alles auf dem neuesten Stand.Lorenzo hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und uns alles sehr gut erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben wo wir gut essen gehen können. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen dort auch eine oder zwei Wochen zu verbringen. Vielen Dank...

« The apartment was perfect one bedroom on a busy shopping and eating block in Brera. Pretty close to the Lanza metro station and in a very walkable, charming (and touristy) neighborhood. Easy communication with the host. »

« The property is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful in identifying parking, restaurants and sights. We would definitely recommend this property. To be noted: there is no elevator and while this apartment was on the first floor, others may face a climb. »
