« I booked this apartment so our big group of friends can hangout together while visiting Bangkok.. the host never made me feel secure about my booking . Were trying to make sure everything ran smoothly when we reached Bangkok from Phuket but I had no help .. we had two van transports to take us to the apartment but as soon as I got there I didn’t have a code to get in .. the drivers were doing their best to help us and one ot the neighbors too but since they didn’t know the host they couldn’t...

« The location was amazing, and the owner was very attentive. We did have a small issue with the washer not working, but the owner did wash our towels when we asked. Would highly recommend to stay here »
