The apartment, elegantly furnished, with high ceilings hosting a comfortable mezzanine overlooking the living area, is composed of:
- 1 bright living room where you can admire Cesena from above
- 1 kitchenette if you love to cook
- 1 Mezzanine where you can create a smart working area or where to relax
- 1 bathroom with shower box

Located in the historic center, the apartment is 50 meters from the famous Malatesta library and 10 meters from the beautiful Masini fountain.

The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable French bed, with pillows and memory foam mattress. The bedroom has been designed down to the smallest detail and furnished with designer furniture and lamps by a well-known architect from Cesena. It also boasts direct access to the bathroom.

The living room is the crème of the house. Very bright thanks to the window, which overlooks the splendid view overlooking the roofs of Cesena and you have two automated skylights that let most of the light into the living area.

In the living room you can also watch a good movie on our design sofa with reclining headrest.

The living area is divided from the kitchenette with a wooden furniture wall that also becomes a beautiful table where you can enjoy your dishes.

The mezzanine, which completely overlooks the apartment, allows you to enjoy the view of the living room through large windows, or even glimpse the Cesena panorama from there, or why not, create a smartworking area.

Equipped with all custom-made appliances such as fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine etc ...

The bathroom is also furnished with fine finishes with the presence of all suspended sanitary facilities and a large glass shower box.

The house is treated in detail, and is located on the fourth floor without a lift, but we believe it is worth doing them and then enjoying all the tranquility while being in the center.

The accommodation is located in the center of the historic Palazzo Caporali, dating back toAt 50 meters you will find piazza Aguselli and the parking area of the forum (both for a fee) where you can leave your car and easily walk to your location.

The accommodation is located 10 meters from the famous Masini fountain made of Istrian stone and elevated on three steps above the level of Piazza del Popolo. At 50 meters instead we find the famous Malatesta library. The Malatestiana is the only example of a conventual humanistic library perfectly preserved in the building, in the furnishings and in the book endowment, as recognized by Unesco, inserting it, first in Italy, in the Register of the Memoire du Monde.
Also in the center you can find luxury and non-luxury shops, bars, restaurants, tobacconists, Atms, etc.

About 50 meters from the accommodation there is the parking in Piazza Aguselli, and the parking lot of the food court, both for a fee. From the accommodation you can move comfortably on foot to reach all the main attractions of the city.
