The only downsides, and I am being picky here, for me were 1. the layout of the bathrooms and 2. the music in the bar/restaurant/breakfast room. 'Excellent service with my senior parents, great communication, i asked many questions and i got quick answers, i was worried about the sleepovers pods, about their privacy, it was very secured, private, with their own card key , I really appreciate it, they felt very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my parents. They stayed because they arrived to the airport at 6am and their check in the hotel was at 2pm. They were able to recharge after their long delayed flight....
