'Lake views were amazing! Home had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchen had the items we needed. Host was responsive to inquiries. We couldn't locate washer and dryer. Patio area and furniture on it were dirty.'

'We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!'

'Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. 'Everything is not bad but the amount of bugs that get in from having the door open for 5 seconds is insane. There’s all kinds of bugs in here. Not pleasant. There’s one window unit to cool the entire house down. You don’t have much privacy someone is always on the property it’s a working horse ranch.'

'lovely place to get away from the city or stop along a roadtrip. we were driving from DC to Chicago and wanted a little stop along the way and it was perfect for that! the host was very nice and accommodating. if we ever make the same drive, I’d love to stop by again. just a heads up, the pool is still a bit cold, but I’m sure it’ll warm up as it heads deeper into the summer. I was a bit disappointed, but it was still nice to dip our feet in and watch the birds!'

'Very clean and the house was nice and cool when we arrived. Easy to find and great location for the wedding we were attending. Water pressure was low but the place is on a well so that can be expected. There was a water filter in the refrigerator but the light was red, signaling it needed to be changed. The host was very responsive and we had a good time.'
