'Love this place, will stay again '

'Careful when you book a room. We booked a room with a private fire pit. The pictures provided do not represent what you get. The terraces with the private fire pits have zero views to the pool or resort, unlike what the pictures depict. We upgraded to a Victoria Oceanfront room at significant cost to have an enjoyable visit. The property is magnificent, but beware when booking. What you are shown may not be what you get.'

'This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave. The grounds are constantly maintained. You can tell they take really great care of the property. While the rooms might not be the most updated, they are incredibly clean. I...

'The hotel was clean overall in both the public areas as well as the rooms. The staff was wonderful. Our only 2 issues, which is a big one for our family, were the beds and small rooms The beds were so uncomfortable & hard like a rock. The bedding was very flimsy . I have to make appointments with our chiropractor when we return home. Also, our room was very small and cramped. Other than those two issues, we enjoyed our stay.'

'This was a nice property. The staff were really great. There are a ton of children in the pool which is great for families but we aren’t a huge fan. The hot tub was super gross. Milky with a nasty dirty ring around it. We couldn’t use it because it was too disgusting.'

'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '
