'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'Top tier stay. I requested an upgrade (for a fee) to our room upon arrival and was given an ocean view balcony. The property is gorgeous and has great amenities. Will definitely be back!'

'I was very disappointed with our stay. We came hoping to create a memorable birthday experience, but unfortunately the condition of the resort did not meet our expectations. The room had spiders and other critters coming down from the ceiling, and it smelled as though it had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, and it felt as if the cleaning equipment itself was not being maintained. When a place calls itself “Paradise,” that standard should apply not only to the beautiful outdoor...

'Perfect location with a private beach and a wonderful swimming pool! We loved having our own fire pit on the beach, which was set up by the super friendly staff, watching the sunset and making s’mores and having great take-out food and pizza conveniently from the hotel. We’ll be back!'

'Overall I was very pleased with the stay. The room/villa was very clean as was the entire property. The property and amenities were excellent. It was a mixed bag with the staff. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always very helpful, they were 5*. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful but commonly in the back and not at the counter, especially at night. The valet at the shore house was fantastic, the valet at the main hotel were rude on the two occasions I had to use them...
