'You get what you pay for'

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'Barebones spot. Small room. But perfectly fine if you are a single traveler on a budget.'

'Kamer was goed, maar op en rond het terrein hingen veel mensen rond. Er was wel bewaking. Parkeerplaats was smoezelig, er lagen hondenbrokken. Heb er wat van gezegd, maar daar werd niets mee gedaan. Wel coffee to go bij vertrek :) '

'The property was/is being refurbished and the registration and front desk are completely closed. There was no clear signage telling us where to go to check in. We circled the building 3 times then parked and called the front desk. Got put on permahold but eventually got told where to go to check in. Then the check in process was painfully slow although the staff were very kind and doing best they could. I suggest a banner or two pointing people to temporarily check in area as well information...

'I love the quiet location! It's 2 blocks to the beach, the rooms are cozy. I had a kitchenette. The kitchen was stocked with 100 plates 2 spoons 2 forks, pots pans and 1 bowl, 1 glass 1 wine glass. Bring your own aluminum foil, paper towels, they provide dish soap and there is a small working dishwasher. You need to let the desk know for house keeping. Unfortunately we said every other day and Noone showed up at all the 4 days that we were there. I asked for clean towels and forgot where they...

'The manager in the office , her name was stephanie, she lied and said that I damaged towel and that I stole towels, and I told her I gave it to the maintenance lady and she said she don't have proof when I told her to them. And she charged me $75 out of my $100 deposit and I don't find that right. Someone needs to get on'
