There was visible mould on the bathroom ceiling, and I encountered spiders in the bathroom. The bed was broken, the bed sheets were stained, and the toilet seat was soiled. 'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'This place did NOT look like the pictures. The pool was green. I booked a king delux but was given two Queens. The room was not that clean. There was a long hair on our bed and a small clump of hair was on the bathroom sink. The bedding had a cigarette burn. The TV remote was missing but staff was friendly and helpful. It was lodged in behind the bed. The next morning, the hot water wasn’t working and I had to take a cold shower. Staff was helpful later and fixed the problem. We left for the day...
