« The room is basically an apartment. It's on a brook and you can hear it from the second floor. Homemade breakfast. 6 different kinds of fresh fruit. Omelet and bacon with jam and English muffin. Mike the host is owner operator and a fantastic guy!! Huge sunken family room... dining room for breakfast. Coffee. Full kitchen in room. View is outstanding. Wildlife is abundant!! »

« The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have water bottles in the room fridge and snacks downstairs. Our breakfast (that they made for us to take because we left early in the morning), was wonderful! »

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!! »

« Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. »
