'This is the second time we have chosen to day here and not closer to where are event was. We choose this hotel because it is a quiet clean hotel. Additionally the staff at the hotel are amazing. Specifically there was one staff member at the front desk during the day that made our stay wonderful. We had a little snafu and when I went to the desk to discuss it he was beyond professional, caring, and kind. I am trying to remember his name and I’m falling short but I believe it was Yul. 'We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for...

'The entire stay at the Art Hotel was great! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The overall industrial feel of the building was unique. The staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was covered and the breakfast was a decent variety. This was our first time to Lancaster and will definitely stay at this hotel again if we return.'
