« Clean , cozy, cute and well distributed space in every corner. »

« This apartment was the best I have ever rented. It had everything you could think of. Very clean, and organized. Easy to find. Even had a moose at the place when we got here. In a very wooded lot with a lake, hard to see lake. Very quiet too. »

« This was an easy property to find with convenient parking. An easy drive to downtown Anchorage and restaurants nearby. Our host welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment. »

« The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner. »

« Karine is an excellent host. Great communication! We had an issue with the TV remotes and she responded immediately and brought new batteries right away - her husband even FaceTimed with me to try to resolve it. (We ended up just manually turning on the TV.) This is a nicely appointed apartment in a working class neighborhood. It has all of the amenities you need. Nice kitchen. Washer and Dryer made this a good value for us. We have stayed in other places in the US with the same rating...
