'The Art House Hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Luanda. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but fine and ensure you get your orders in early for an amazing dinner. Although a hotel, the dining area is set up more communally as it is one big square table so you can meet and chat with other guests. Rooms were clean and beds firm yet comfortable.'

'This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. The airconditioned room allocated was small but very clean. Buffet Breakfast...

'They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.'

'Great building, great rooms, great seaview from the top (small pool and bar). Staff (managers included) dissapointed me.... with every coffee and every meal again we had problems with the bills ("put it on my room" does not work that easily) because of their system... incredible for a hotel where you have prepaid your room for at least 300US$ a night. the taxi ordered at reception didn't come (and the reception staff didn't see that as much as their problem) .'

'The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. '

'A senha do wifi precisa estar a disposicao dos hospedes. Durante a nossa hospedagem chegamos por volta das 23h e a recepcionista disse que a pessoa que sabia a senha do wifi ( o recepcionista do dia ) ja tinha ido embora. Ela tentou contato com ele mas nao conseguiu, desse jeito ficamos sem internet. O preparo e cordialidade da equipe podem ser melhorados'
