'From an outsiders prospective I was not expecting to see that people living within the Inn. My first thought was am I safe. However, the staff was very accommodating and had wonderful customer service. Turned my thoughts around 100%. I needed the WiFi password and could not find it and they were so quick to get it to me via text. They also started breakfast and arrived earlier for us to check out early. 'The hotel was a little difficult to find, it's on a side access road, and the hotel's large sign is actually not close to the building. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a maze, which can be fun, but not on a rainy night. The staff was friendly, but the place needs some work. The tub actually won't drain if you take a shower, the drain is clearly clogged. It's centrally located so plenty of places to eat, etc. I-77 is right there, easy access.'
