The building is a bit beat up but considering amount of water that gets tracked in and people wearing their ski boots one would expect that. We were able to look out the deck door and see how busy the slopes were. Absolutely loved being able to come in and take a break before going out and skiing more. « Everything was as described… the hosts communication was second to none. Check in and check out process is very easy..Only drawback was with it being listed as a ski and ski out we anticipated that we could literally ski in and ski out off of the porch however, there was a snowbank 3 feet tall that we had to climb over. »

The property is well equipped for cooking your own meals. The host was a good communicator leading up to and through the stay. We will try to stay here the next time we're in Snowshoe. »
