'We absolutely loved our stay at the Coronado Beach Resort! The location is unbeatable — just a block from a gorgeous beach and close to everything in San Diego. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the amenities are fantastic: beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, pool, ping pong, board games, DVD rentals, and even Ms. Cody, the resident parrot who greets you in the lobby. 'The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. Nicole welcomed us and took the time each and every day to make sure our stay was phenomenal and we felt welcome. Her great customer service is top notch. 'Rarely can I say that a place exceeded my expectations, but this one absolutely did. Location couldn’t be better (actually on the Omni Resort grounds), beautiful view from the balcony, every amenity you could think of, super cozy beds, updated everything - including an amazing steam shower.
