'Het hotel,of beter appartementencomplex, is nog bijna nieuw en aldus in een zeer nette staat. De studiokamer is vrij klein en donker (klein raam) maar daardoor ook goed koel te houden met airco. Gelegen in een soort industrieterrein op 100 meter van de sneltramhalte richting centrum Montpellier (reisduur 15 min.) Er is nauwelijks enig personeel te zien.
