Het gebouw is heerlijk oud en alles is geheel in de stijl ingericht en alles straalt een ambiance uit zoals het in de glorietijd van Fort Benton, tijdens de goldrush, moet zijn geweest, maar toch met de luxe die we nu gewend zijn. Zelfs de heerlijke scheluw en schuine vloeren zijn helemaal van de bouwwijze van die tijd (eind 19e eeuw).'

'If you don't have money to waste, Huntley Lodge is your place to stay at Big Sky, Montana. It is close to the slopes (in fact, almost on the slopes) the rooms are clean and big and the staff is friendly (to a point you wonder if they are on some kind of drugs). The breakfast is exstensive, but everybody needs to be escorted to their table, so there is always a long waiting line. The hotel has some more issues: the walls and ceilings are super thin, so if your neighbour farts, you will hear it....

'Een fijn hotel voor onze doorreis. Het is eenvoudig, maar netjes schoon en een fijn bed. Ook in Whitehall zelf lekker kunnen eten bij Two Bit Saloon. Lekker àlles ongecompliceerd. '
