Woonboten in Central Tulsa

'We had a great stay. House is in a great location for our event at the expo. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will be our #1 choice if we return next year for the Chili Bowl again. Thanks'

'The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but this place is a hole in the wall that is falling apart. They don't do any maintenance or repair to anything in the rooms. Even the most basic things. Shower won't drain, bed linens heavily stained, etc...Tons of reviews about all that, but another place I booked first cancelled my room by mistake so I was thankful this hotel had a room available late on a weekend. I was alone so it was fine, but I do not recommend bringing family or kids here. '

'I did not feel safe. I arrived after dark and after checking in, I had to walk outside to the back of the building to get to my room. The tv was on, which immediately put me on guard and made me feel like there might already be someone in the room. There was damage to the door. The air conditioner didn’t control the temperature so I had to manually turn it on and off. It was loud and I heard doors slamming and people moving around all night. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone!'

'Booked a month ahead. Front desk lady cancelled my room at 3:45 pm day of check-in and gave it to someone else. When I arrived at 8:30pm I found out, and they were sold out of course. She wouldn't even acknowledge her mistake and could care less. Poor attitude. Had to find another hotel room on a weekend where thousands were there for a huge event'

'Clear communication, easy checkin/checkout, plenty of room and great location! We enjoyed our stay. Was convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Tulsa, but also in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again. '
