'Sewer smell in the room. It was not possible to change the room, because they “fixed” the problem. But smell stays for all 4 days. Air conditioning works very bad. Bed sheets were changed after only 3 days when I asked them to change. Outdated hotel, there are plenty hotels in the area at the same price level.'

'Very comfortable room, properly equipped, very friendly staff. Receptionists are very professional, all requests and questions were responded immediately and in proper manner.'

'Fantastische plek, mooie en ruime kamers, fijne badkamer. Erg schoon. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Vriendelijk personeel: ondanks zeer vroege aankomst kon ik toch vrijwel direct op de kamer. Locatie perfect, schuin tegenover het grote Metro station.'
