« Beautiful oasis in the heart of district 2 ! Great pool to refresh and lovely staff with good recommendations ! »

« Génial »

« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....

« L’excellence de cet hôtel mérite ce commentaire, raison pour laquelle nous avons prolongé notre séjour. »

« Nice stay, great location, and helpful staff! »

« The check in process went very smooth. Good communication, safe and secure building. Apartment itself was okay. We had two bedrooms. The main bedroom the bed was like sleeping on plywood it was very hard! Only two pillows in the whole place. The second bedroom the bed was the same but not even made or anything because there was only two of us and assumed we wouldn’t use it. The other thing was we stayed 3 nights and had a total of two towels. No hand towels or washcloths at all. Found...

« Worst room ever. 1st night left right after checkin, returned late. Too tired and late to change the room so cleaned the floor ants and slept. 2nd night woke up at 6am with ants crawling in the bed. Packed up and checked out the room by 8am 3rd night not refunded from the hotel Details) Location was wrong. 12minutes walk from the reservation address. Different Tower and hotel name. Check in delayed by 1 hour. Keys were not ready. Even with delayed check-in the room was in a dirty...

« Tres bien. ........ »

« Super appartement, propre, belle vue.seul bémol il fallait regler la note au bar pres de la piscine.pas tres pratique.il suffisait de signer le bon comme les autres. »

« Appart hotel très spacieux avec tout l'équipement. Un peu loin du centre ville, mais 2 navettes le matin vous sont proposées gratuitement. Personnels très attentifs aux clients. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de navette pour le retour. »

« The room was nothing like the photos, not even close. The apartment was old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The mattresses were stained, the floors and tables were damaged, and the couch was broken with a large hole in it. The room also had a bad odor and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived into the room, someone was still doing laundry in the unit. Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the...
