It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. 'Room was fine and clean, relatively new. Reception staff and shuttle driver were very nice. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Minor issue: some rooms on the first floor have their window directly to the parking lot, with cars parking just 2 meters from the window.'
