'All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived.'

I asked the cluster guard about the Comfy Private Ensuite Guest Room, but they said they didn't know, and it took over 30 minutes to get in touch after wealmost gave up. I heard that there is a 24/7 front desk, but there was no such thing, and the room was just one of a ordinary condominium. There were many falsehoods in the contents posted on Hotels.com, and this hotel? is not recommended. I recommend Air...

'It was a scam. Got there, and they had nothing to book. Sent us to a slum location and then to another one that had no functioning street access. Took my money and didn't answer any calls for a refund. I had to initiate a credit card dispute with Expedia. Customer service was the worst.'

'I booked a family apartment with two queen beds and when I checked it, it was just one queen bed. Contacted the property manager and he wanted me to send him more money to change apartments. There were four of us, so one had to sleep on the couch and one on the floor. '
