« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« Stayed here because nowhere had great reviews and this was the best of the bunch. Not good. I understand only making up the room every other day. We stayed for 3 days and it was never made up. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done.
