'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'

'Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Location is quieter than other local options. Still city noise but rooms are free from neighbour noise/ traffic etc. Everything is very tech savvy and easy to operate. Beds and pillows are fresh and comfy. There are so many thoughtful extras I can’t explain them all. I usually go to the Pan or Waterfront and they don’t compare to the Pacific Rim. I’ve found my new home from home…. They’ve been so wonderful with my Doberman as well. I just want to...

'Great hotel in excellent location. Everything looks fairly new and in good working order. Great pool and hottub. Lots of closet space, which is a nice change from the norm. Room did not have a terras, but some do, so it might be worth asking for it (if you care about that). Overal a great experience'

'We requested an early check in. The staff worked hard to accommodate our request. The room was really clean and modern. Nice cappuccino machine in the room. Front staff were friendly and professional. Free parking downtown was awesome. Would highly recommend to others. '
