La zona donde esta ubicada la hostal, muy segura y cerca de todo, accesible en uber y en una zona muy central para mis actividades. Volveré sin duda y tomare mas dias acá.'

'I was not aware this was a "luxury" hostel until I arrived. There was no front desk staff, but there was a very helpful person available via WhatsApp. That person arranged shuttle transportation to and from the airport. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay during a layover in Guayaquil. '

'The staff here are exceptional! They go above and beyond their jobs to make their guests have a good experience. I literally dropped a tiny sim card chip on the lobby floor and they joined me on hands and knees looking for it and had the entire staff available come help. Now that is what I call service. We have returned here a few times now because of the good experiences and fun pool for the kids. Thank you Radisson for all you do! '
