« Room and hotel was very clean but, I think they overbooked because they changed my room from 2 queen beds to 1 king for 6 people 😫 »

« Staff friendly but had problems at checkin because we had two rooms. Resolved easily but … Placement of in-room coffee pot very poor for older guests. Ditto for microwave. Too low to reach easily or read controls. Absurd not to offer complimentary simple breakfast, given the price. Restaurant prices high. Will not use this hotel chain again and do not recommend it. There are other options with better amenities for lower costs »

« The hotel was a bit far from Michigan Stadium, with shuttle options not covering the Hotel, you had to walk 15 to 20 minutes to get to another hotel to hop on the shuttle bus. Overall the hotel experience was great, very clean, very nice, breakfast was good »

« The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM. »
