We messaged and called multiple times with no response, which led us to believe it was a possible scam. Thank goodness it wasn’t and everything worked out however we didn’t have the correct WiFi or password and since there was 0 communication »

« They charged us an additional $100 and didn’t tell us. I was told that they had to update the number of guests on the reservation but no one said we would be charged extra. There were dead bugs on the stairs, and they had no towels during our stay. The breakfast was not good, so we chose to eat elsewhere for breakfast the second day. The hotel staff were sometimes helpful, but some made you feel like an inconvenience. The hotel room keys did not work and we had to get help to open the door. »
