'I think that the cleaning of the rooms should be every 3 days minimum, I already have employees there who have been staying for 1 month, and they always have to go to reception to request their cleaning. '

'Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. '
