« Breakfast are bare minimum! 1st morning: no milk for cereals, only one yogurt left and the lady in charge is outside talking on her phone. 2nd morning no regular coffee for 15 minutes, yogurt still not available. No bagel at all. »

« Front desk employee didnât bother putting his phone down during either of our interactions. There was hair still on one of our hand towels. Floors were not clean. Under one night table there was a bottle cap and a piece of popcorn. First morning housekeeping knocked on our door for any service needed at 9:30 am. Iâve never had that so early in the morning (checkout was 11 am) plus we were scheduled for three nights! »

« Could not find towels, no towel racks, cheap over size sheets, fitted sheet. TV in sitting area too small. Could not find remote for sitting area TV. Hair was left in and on tub. It doesnât feel inviting and warm. The sitting area need a sectional or two more comfortable chairs. »
