« We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot,...

« Once I figured out what unit I was in it was fine. Management was communicating through text and I never saw email that gave me unit number. Should either include it in text messages or use just email. »

« Keegan was a great host. The house is newer and fit our needs, perfectly. We only stayed one night but it would be a house we were certainly stay in again when we go skiing in NH. »
