Cozy House in Périgord Noir with Garden

Comfortable house, adjoining the owner's, with no overlooking neighbors, ideal for 2 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (no microwave), a central island, and a living area with 2 armchairs, a television, and internet access (a fan is available). You will also have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a separate toilet. On the 13m² mezzanine, you will find a 160x200cm bed. In front of the cottage, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, in a wooded garden.
The cottage is only open during the warmer months as there is no heating system. Linen kit (sheets + towels) €25 per person, End-of-stay cleaning €45.
No washing machine. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is located near all the world-renowned sites of the Périgord Noir, such as the village of La Roque-Gageac, listed among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France," the fortified town of Domme, and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, and Les Milandes. Many other activities are available: visits to Sarlat (a medieval town with exceptional heritage), barge trips and canoeing on the Dordogne River, visits to remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, the water gardens at Carsac, etc.). North of Sarlat, you can visit Montignac and the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in the Vézère Valley. Within an hour's drive, you'll find Rocamadour, the Proumeyssac chasm, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and Cahors.
