'The motel was okay. But when we arrived they were understaffed, so we had to wait to check in. Some people had already been there 30 minutes and they said many had come and gone. Although there was plenty of room to park by our unit we had to park a block away. It seemed like it was too noisy. We could hear people talking in other rooms and people taking a shower kept us up. The units have been updated and the accommodations were comfortable.'

'My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! It is quiet and run by a lovely couple, Karin and Gary, who were very accommodating and warm. It is pretty close to Mammoth Cave and other features around the area. It is also decorated BEAUTIFULLY to the time period. The price was not outrageous either, would recommend to anyone visiting the area looking for a more personal experience!'

'This was a great way to check out from the worlds fast pace. Make sure when you google this camp site with the city and State. 1997 Fisher Ridge Road. There are two number addresses in Kentucky the same. You want to use this city and state-Horse Cave, Ky. The owner met us at the Truck Love's Stop and showed us how to get back to the secluded camp site. I would not suggest to arrive when it is dark. It was very secluded which was great for my two dogs. I ask the owner where the nearest shower was...

'The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at.'
