'The property was nice, but had a few issues. The shower area had some hair in it that hadn’t been cleaned. The kitchen window sill also had some dead bugs in it. There was also some unlevel areas in different spots in the house. The property location was very convenient to most locations.'

9.4 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (9 beoordelingen)
'We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight.'

'We stayed over Labor Day weekend we had a very nice time, as always! It was our first time staying at the Island Place, and it was fantastic! The proximity of the restaurants and town within walking distance, the pool, the condo well equipped, and clean! we really enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend renting from Pelican Realty, they love this beautiful lil Island and make you feel at home !'

The Crane's Nest: Charming Waterfront RetreatCedar Key
9.8 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (22 beoordelingen)
'The property was really very nice and we were very comfortable there. However, we felt a little deceived by the photos as we thought we had a waterfront view and that was not the case. We were also in the dark with check in when we got there thinking there was an office there so we had to message the owner for the code to gain access.'
