The property was immaculately clean. The host thought of all of the little things; throws and pillows for watching TV, play booklets for the Shakespeare festival, very well-appointed bathrooms and kitchen. We found the rooms spacious and comfortable. Especially liked the comfy mattresses. Will definitely return for our next visit to Cedar City.

Our stay at this property was excellent - it was central to the Shakespeare Festival, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants. The house was well planned out wth a master bed and bath upstairs, and 2 queen size beds and a bathroom downstairs - we all had our space to ourselves. The TV was easy to use our own streaming services. We've stayed in houses where you couldn't figures out the tv, so this was a breeze. The house was so clean, and the beds were so comfortable! We would definitely recommend this house and we'd stay there again.
