'We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. '

'We enjoyed our 3-day stay! The apartment was very clean and the spaces were comfortable and well designed. Helen was great at communicating, and she quickly responded to questions. My teenage daughter and I stayed here while attending the Shakespeare Festival, and it was about a 15 minute walk at a comfortable pace, factoring in traffic lights. The neighborhood felt safe, even walking back at 11pm.'

'This is a studio unit that's been upgraded. Bathroom is very nice with an upgraded shower. Hot water is great. Kitchen is a studio unit that could use a tea pot and a pan with a lid. The murphy bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.'

"First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again."
