Flats in Cebu

'Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. 'This place is ok. There is security at night. And the staff if friendly but it’s very dirty and smelly inside. The towels were kinda musky/moldy. At least they had wifi & hot water'

'The room smelt like urine of some sort and the sheets had stains on them, the pool looked nice but i didnt stick around to use it as I couldnt force myself to stay there for the 6 nights i had booked I left after the first night.'

We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce.'
