« Quiet, farm setting. Convenient to town. Good location for our needs. Wifi was a bit weak at times, but we got by. No TV, but we didn’t miss it one bit!! We had a good week of fishing on Cayuga and Oneida!!! »

« We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus. »

« We (my husband, our sons and their families) stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. In addition, the hosts did many things to make us feel welcome. The linens provided were good quality, the home was clean, and all our questions were answered promptly. If you are visiting the Finger Lakes area, I highly recommend this listing! »

« The kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. The house is large and well equipped. Plenty of room for our whole family. Very clean. The large dining room table fit all of us for dinner. There was also plenty of table space for outdoor dining. Our only complaint was that we would have liked a king bed in the master suite which is what we are accustomed to. The kids did not want to leave! »

« Spacious, ideally located, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well. It's not obvious from the property photos, but I do want to emphasize that there are two full sized porches, an upper and a lower.
