Hostels in Islas Calzada de Amador

'Very dirty. Rats and Cockroaches. Absent staff who seem to be doing you a favor by being there. A deep fear of working. Customer = work = problem. It seems like those two Colombians—the mother and son—want you out as soon as possible so they can be left in peace at home, but why don't they just go to a hotel instead of pretending to work and freeloading off the manager for two beds? I guess they're poor :/ The location is good; the manager seems OK when he's there'
