'Rooms were clean well maintained. Staff was very pleasant, but would go into the back room after checking you in. We would then have to call on the phone if you needed anything else. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee would run out both morning we were there and no one was around to ask to refill it. There is also no elevators so if you cannot due stairs it could be a problem. 'We rented two rooms, and the smell of tobacco was bad. The springs from the mattress were coming out. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. One of our guests felt cold, so we asked for an extra blanket. We were told they didn't have any and suggested raising the thermostat to fix the problem. Lastly, the included breakfast wasn't very good; there wasn't even regular coffee in the machine.'

'beautiful property and rooms. The staff was not as friendly as I though they should have been, nor what I am used to. As beautiful as the area and hotel is, I will NEVER return to the area. Not good energy nor vibe.'
